Since the dawn of surveying, lines and arcs represented what was collected in the field, leaving out critical information for decision making. Lines and arc’s represent surfaces, whether a corn field, a parking lot, structure footprint, etc. Thus surveying defines surfaces. Other systems use cumbersome 1970’s point number geometry which is ‘hooked’ to a CAD drawing. LandMentor introduces the only positional coordinate geometry that integrates precision intelligent surfaces defining the future of surveying. |
